General scope of property’s appearance to be maintained for an overall professional look. Weekly lawn mowing services. Weed whacking of all perimeters where lawn exists. Edging of sidewalks. Blowing of sidewalks.
Shrub Trimming
Shrub trimming generally consists of three annual services to maintain healthy growth as well as retain the size of the shrubs in its original growth.
Tree Trimming / Pruning (restrictions apply)
This service is designed to obtain clearance of view to enhance the overall visual aspect of a company’s curb appeal. Contact us for details.
Bed Weeding
Based upon the program you choose, bed weeding can be provided throughout the course of the season on a specified program or on an on-call basis. (rates vary)
Mulching
Mulching of the property generally is completed sometime in early or late spring. Some properties may require mulch to be applied later due to flowering trees.
Monthly Vegetation Control for Lots
A liquid application of vegetation control could be completed on a random-based time table depending upon the property.
Bed Weed Control
Bed weed control is inclusive of a granular product that is applied on all mulch beds 1 to 2 times per season to minimize the infestation of weeds.
